We paddle regularly on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings with the club over the summer.
Paddling sessions run throughout the year on Wednesday evenings from 6.30 to 9.30pm with local coaches volunteering to deliver paddle sports coaching in a range of boats which are available through the club.
We run a range of paddling sessions on flat-water for beginners up-to white water sessions at Lee Valley White Water Centre, which is in Near Waltham Abbey .
